Yes, I am in the kitchen again! This time to make for the first time in my life “Roasted Cornish Hen”.

Ingredients:

• Dill
• Oregano
• Olive Oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• Carrots
• Potatoes

Dish was made with Brown Rice and Avocado as side dishes.

These 3 photographs are right before I put these babies in the oven.

I’m always trying to make different foods and this is one. I’m sure somebody else have made this before, but since I’m not aware of it, it is my creation for now.

So I had some great shrimps in my fridge and a gorgeous Italian Five Grain sub bread that I got at the Super Market last night.

I’m sure you’ve probably eaten this somewhere else or maybe have seen it… I personally haven’t taste/seen/eaten anything out there like this. My taste buds are still dancing from the flavor of this thing.

Today, I was in the mood of doing some food photography and had the cravings of making Special Chicken Fried Rice (scallops, eggs) and Veggie Egg Rolls. I think it was just perfect… What else can be better than to photograph good looking food and then eating it?
