August 2010 Wallpaper
The following photograph was taken at the Flamingo Gardens in South Florida.
When I first kneeled down to make this photograph, the bee was not part of the thought process. I wanted to make this photograph because of the contrast between the green surroundings and the white flowers. When I locked my focus on that flower stem, the bee just sat there and I really mean, just SAT there… I took several frames and she just wouldn’t want to go and this is the result of that!
