I just love window plane sitting specially either late afternoon or early morning…

There is something about seeing the Sunrise or Sunset from thousands of feet in the air.

I truly enjoy the art of cooking and the whole process, from planning a meal to going to the Supermarket to actual cooking the meal and even cleaning afterwards. The whole process makes it even more worth it when you cook for friends and family and they enjoy it.

This post is not to tell you how much I enjoy cooking but to say that sometimes, it feels great to seat down and enjoy a meal that someone else cooked and cooked it with the same passion for food as I do!

The meal was a Creole Crab meat, white rice and Tostones… It was delicious and I just had to share!!!

Sitting on my living room floor watching TV, I noticed these lines of light on my feet.

  A few years ago, I had the pleasure of photographing the local Afro-Cuban Funk band called PALO! and just now, they have released their first music video and I would like to share it with you!
